(1) Flameout method: When the imported non-standard bearing is at speed, close the high pressure brake pipe from the diesel engine pump to the diesel pump one by one, and investigate the change of the bearing transmission ratio and sound together. If there is no significant change, it means that the cylinder works poorly; if there is a significant change, it means that the cylinder works well.
(2) Temperature sensor method: that is, after the bearing has been working for a while, it is good to touch the exhaust pipe riser of each cylinder. If the tactile temperature increases, it means that the remaining oil provided by the cylinder is slightly larger or the oil advance angle provided by the cylinder is too small, which makes the consumption of refined oil more worrying; Processing is not sufficient or not working.
(3) Listening method: During the bearing work, touch the main diesel pump body with a screwdriver and listen to the sound of each cylinder breaking out. If the fire knocking sound is strong, the cylinder provides too much oil or oil is supplied too early; if there is no fire knocking sound, the remaining oil provided by the cylinder is too small or the oil supplied is too late or does not work.
(4) Pulse-sensing method: The bearing is good at separating and touching the high-pressure oil pipes of each cylinder during work. If there is a normal pulsating beverage touch, it means that the tank is working well; if there is no obvious pulsating beverage feeling, it means that the tank is working poorly; if there is a pulsating beverage feeling but no regularity, it means that the tank is in a flameout state.
(5) Viewing smoke color: There are generally three types of abnormal industrial waste gas dust, namely black gray, dark blue and milky white. If abnormal industrial waste gas is discharged from the exhaust valve, it means that the work of each cylinder is abnormal; if it is not discharged from time to time, it means that the work of the independent cylinder is abnormal, and the riser pipe of the exhaust pipe can be removed to investigate the status of the smoke prevention and exhaust system of each cylinder. .
